The Eco Loft Ladder is one of the most easy to use and install on the market.  It comes fully assembled with loft hatch and full fitting instructions.

As standard it will fit floor to ceiling heights between 2.2 and 2.83m, but with the optional extension piece available it can fit a floor to ceiling height of 3.5m.

This 3 section Solid Spruce Folding Loft Ladder has many features such as Non-Slip Treads, and 28mm thick doweled joints which makes it very robust.  It also features Sprung hatch lowering mechanism for smooth effortless use

No clearance is required behind loft hatch and comes complete with insulated, draught-proof hatch and timber frame.
