Midmade LEX 60 E130 Fire Rated Timber Loft Ladder

Manufactured in coniferous wood. Delivered ready to assemble with a complete frame as well as detailed assembly instructions with pictures. The trap door is unvarnished, effectively insulated and sealed. The trap door is spring balanced with an espagnolette locking with two bolts. Easy to manoeuvre with an opening handle.

• Available in two hatch sizes: 540 x 1130mm and 700 x 1130mm
• Fire certified to EI30 (resistant for up to 30 minutes)
• The trap door is insulated with 60mm of rockwool insulation, giving a U-value of 1.00
• Suits ceiling heights up to 2700mm (can be extended to 3200 with extension piece)
• Spring balanced trap door for ease of operation
• Hatch is finished in an attractive white base coat for ease of decoration
