Manufactured from the best timber with dovetailed beech treads and pine stiles. The dual spring counterbalance system means you can open and close the ladders with your fingertips and the operation is effortlessly smooth.

Approved to European Standard EN14975 tells you everything about their robustness for day to day use. Supplied fully assembled complete with timber frame and loft hatch and ready for easy installation. It has a wider casing than most timber loft ladders of 680 mm there is more room for passing large boxes and objects into the loft. The loft hatch needs to be cut to 680 x 1175mm and the ladder assembly screwed into adjacent loft floor joists. The ladder sections 'sit' on the hatch door so no loft clearance is required. A loft pole to help operate the ladders is included.

The frame is fitted with a rubber draught excluder to prevent heat loss and draughts, the hatch is insulated to 50mm and is finished on both sides in white 3mm masonite. The elegant casing frame acts as an architrave to cover the joint between the frame and the ceiling. The architrave covers the joint between the ladder frame and the hole in the ceiling.

The superior build quality and the elegant design mean that these ladders are perfect for safe, frequent or heavy use where there is no loft clearance required. The best of the best.
