The Top Flight Timber Loft Ladder is a premium quality but very reasonably priced Timber Loft Ladder, manufactured by Titan Ladders. Made from Scandinavian Spruce, this ladder is suitable for heights up to 2.85 metres and supplied with a timber frame for the inside of the loft hatch.

Complete with Insulated Loft Hatch, this ladder takes up no space in the loft, as all sections sit on top of the hatch itself, so no precious loft space is taken up when stowed. Quality Catches and a wooden push/pull rod are supplied.
