The MidMade LEX 30 Folding loft ladder is a high quality timber loft ladder, and combines the highest level of access safety with sophisticated design.

The Midmade Lex 30 is a timber folding loft ladder of exceptional breeding, being manufactured by one of the leading access and ladder companies in Europe. The Lex 30 is a well made and versatile loft ladder which comes complete with an insulated spring balanced loft hatch, recessed sealing lock, and rubber sealing edges to ensure complete thermal insulation. It fits ceiling heights of up to 2.7meters, or up to 3.2 meters with the extension piece.

No Loft clearance is required for this loft ladder , as all sections stow on the hatch itself, so no precious loft space is taken up.
