Mini Timber Folding Loft Ladder - This ladder is a four section loft ladder, meaning that is suitable for smaller loft hatches. The four sections are shorter than the equivalent 3 section ladder, meaning that the required loft opening is much smaller. It is manufactured from selected Scandinavian pine and spruce and the counterbalanced mechanism makes operation easy.
